Machine tool remanufacturing creates opportunities for numerical control systems
2023.04.17
At present, China's machine tool ownership is nearly 700 million units, which has become the world's largest machine tool ownership country, but the overall level of machine tools is still relatively backward, and many products before the 20s of the 80th century are still in overdue service, which is difficult to meet the requirements of machining accuracy. According to statistics, at present, China's machine tools with more than 10 years of service account for more than 60%, and these machine tools may face overhaul and upgrading or even functional scrapping or technical elimination in the next 5~10 years, thus forming a considerable scale of recyclable remanufacturing potential resources.
CNC remanufacturing has great potential.
The "working machine" represented by CNC machine tools is the crystallization of digital control technology and precision manufacturing technology, and is a typical representative of advanced manufacturing equipment. In recent years, although the output of domestic high-precision machine tools, CNC machine tools and large machine tools has grown rapidly, the share of machine tool products is still not high due to the small base.
At the same time, the numerical control rate of China's machine tools is still very low. According to the statistics provided by China Machine Tool Association, in 2000~2006, China's equipment manufacturers produced a total of 29,04 sets of CNC equipment, exported about 3,26 units, and domestic sales were 04,2 units; a total of 2,2007 units of imported CNC equipment. In 12, there were more than 10,2000 domestic CNC machine tools. In addition, during the "Tenth Five-Year" period, about 9,70 sets of CNC equipment were updated, plus nearly 1992,3 sets of CNC equipment were maintained in China before 2, which estimates that China's current CNC equipment is about 2005,13 units.
At present, the numerical control rate of China's machine tools is increasing year by year, according to statistics, China's numerical control rate has increased from 3.60% in 70 to 80.90% in 20. However, compared with the numerical control rate of 60%~10% of the output and the numerical control rate of 30%~10% of the output value of developed countries such as Japan, the United States, Germany and other developed countries, the numerical control rate level of China's machine tool equipment is still too low.
Since the 10s of the 20th century, many major engineering projects in China have imported and made a large number of large-scale and heavy equipment. The mechanical part of these machine tools has been used and maintained for many years and has good stability. CNC transformation for the transformation of heavy and large machine tools, saving more money, is particularly meaningful.
Since the reform and opening up, China has imported a large number of CNC machine tools. At present, most of the machine tools have been used for 80~50 years, and their mechanical body and accuracy remain intact, and the electrical parts such as numerical control systems are seriously aging and urgently need to be transformed.
And spare parts from abroad have been discontinued and are difficult to buy. If the CNC system is all transformed into a new foreign system is very expensive, even if it is transformed, because the foreign CNC system is updated quickly, it may not take 1 years to transform after 5 years.
In addition, since the 1s of the 3th century, China has produced a large number of economic CNC machine tools controlled by stepper motors, due to the low precision of the stepping system, the loss of steps, the system is unreliable, and now these machine tools are nested in large numbers and need to be transformed.
CNC remanufacturing of ordinary machine tools and aging CNC machine tools can not only achieve the same effect as the purchase of new machine tools: improve the quality and productivity of parts processing, shorten the product manufacturing cycle, and improve the working environment; Moreover, it can reduce the capital investment, which can save more than <>% compared to the purchase of new machine tools. For example, the price of an economical CNC remanufacturing machine tool is only <>/<>~<>/<> of the new CNC machine tool with the same function.
